100 day Burpee challenge
 
I am doing a 100day burpee challenge. 1 burpee on day one, 2 burpees on day 2, etc. Anyone want to try this along with me?

For me it was today. If you want to start tomorrow and be on the same schedule you could just do 3 (1 for today and 2 for tomorrow). No time like now.

You will. A few of us did this a few years ago. It gets really fun around day 60 and just keeps getting better. ;)

If my abacus is correct it should calculate out somewhere around 100 days, unless you are using the Myan calender, in that case you should already be dead.

You have 100 days to complete the Challenge. You can miss a day (or days) but you must make all up missed days NLT the 100th day. For example, if you miss days 78 and 79, on day 80 you must do 237.

No time limit on sets. You can spread the required number throughout the day.
