so 5 pull-ups 10 push-ups and 15 squats, no rest in between, just keep going? Sounds like a challenge.. i'll do it tonight and post my results tomorrow! Of course i'm preparing for BUD/s so ill be doing a nice 500+meter swim beforehand, so don't make fun of me if i complete like 10 sets :(

The swim should be a good warm up/cool down - good luck. Today 5R4T of 20 x 10# sledge hits on tire (10R/L), 20 step ups on tire (15"?), and 15 push ups all w/20# vest in 10:31.

Geeze, I started this thread and haven't posted in it for over a year.

Most of my workouts recently have been 30 min cardio followed by weight training to muscle failure, or long run/swim/runs when I get a chance.

Trying to do CF at a regular gym blows.
