there is an excellent running/jogging program in that book too-5days/12 week progressive program.dont think i could begin to do it,but might give some of it a try.

Reverse Hack Squat 270lbs x 25rps
Lat Pulldown 120lbs x 25rps
Kneeling Weighted Cable Crunch ( I call em hadjis or come-to-prayers) 120lbs x 25rps.

This is 1 set.
Complete 4 sets with less then 90 secs rest time in between

2 mile run into incline treadmill walk of at least 4.1 mph on at least 3% incline for a total of 30 mins
15 mins bike level 12, cover at least 4.5 miles
15 mins elliptical level 12, cover at least 2 miles.
