Taking classes at a few of our area studios has helped me, Doc P. The direction, assistance, and guidance has been a big help as inflexible as I am. One of the area CF gyms offers classes and they can relate to the run/lift/climb/throw/etc routine well. DVDs are good too, but a good instructor goes a long way.
