Back Squat (135#)
Ring Dips
Knees-To-Elbows (No Kipping)
Handstand Push-Ups

Start with 1 rep of each then go up by one for 20 minutes.

I made it to 11 of the first three and time expired as I went to start the HS Push-Ups.
