There are some "Kettlebell Challenges" out there and one of them stated that prolonged swinging can mess up your hands and joints. He went on to say that you are better off doing them in sets. His example was doing 10, 15, 25 and then 50 x 3 to get 300 swings a day to participate in the KB 300 Challenge.
