Sheer coincidence I'm sure.

What amazes me is how these people get away with doing this shit in plain sight, and have no fear.

They should have fear.

I'm not sure if they're going to go after POTUS using the Epstein thing. That's a thread a little too close to home for MANY of them. I dunno if they want to take a chance at THAT particular fire getting out of control. Not while Social Media isn't under their control (yet). Which is in the works, btw: http://theduran.com/leaked-49-page-m...ia-censorship/

Once they can effectively censor Social Media in real-time (almost 100% sure they would have to use AI for this), they could launch targeted attacks on people they do not like, such as POTUS, with a seriously reduced risk of a narrative spinning out of their control. They need a way to control the mob. A fantasy rulers have dreamt about since ancient Rome, but now made possible in the digital age via AI and "ML Fairness"-type programs and initiatives.

Notice the massive uptick in the drive to control and censor online content? I have. It's been significant. If they are successful, they could use things like this Epstein thing to manipulate/manufacture public opinion against their enemies, using a sliver of the info contained within the facts of the case ---- without fear of the other facts leaking out as well. So I'm pretty sure they'd want to use this against DJT, but I don't know if the big boys at the top of the pyramid will allow it --- given how close they are to international sex trafficking rings (as customers). Risk mitigation and all.

Alex Acosta should be fired and disbarred. No way that deal should have ever happened to begin with. The President picking him currently for such a role was a mistake, and while I am a fan of the President this upsets me. Terrible. These guys should all be locked up; fucking 14 year old girls... I mean come on. It just ainít right. Time will tell.

I think that the heat is getting so hot at the top of the food chain that this "establishment" is figuring out how high up their chain they can set on fire without getting burnt. It's time for the establishment to burn who they need to burn to survive. So this could be quite a spectacle to watch.

smoke and mirrors - nothing to see here - move along

Lets not confuse the justice system with the Just-Us system - it always ends in disappointment when people think those in the "establishment" are going to be held to the same standards of justice as the average American citizen.

Agreed! Those who fit into the "Just-Us" bus, the very tip of the establishment spear will fry those below them, and reboot. Without a thorough Constitutional routing of the political class who are entrenched, moving them out, back to civilian class, all of them, nothing changes.

Looks like the ground work is being set for some big names to be implicated by a DNC official who might have some inside info on how wide the net goes out.

Christine Pelosi, as we all know that last name and is probably someone who has been around the filth of the insiders game for awhile through her mother.

She has sent out the first warning shot as to the depths of possible exposure of some other names who thought they were in the clear. Epstien's indictment has been unsealed and will probably shed light on many others, if just only to expose their names during this election time. This could also be a way to trim the field of Dems running for office as well as smear POTUS's name again with association to Epstein.

It wouldn't surprise me to start seeing some of the 20+ candidates drop out for personal reasons. This thread might morph into the political investigations thread very soon.

What would that reboot? We could kick them all out and all we'd get would be more of the same. Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely. I have yet to be in an organization big or small where a good portion of management isn't incompetent. I have dreams of starting a revolution but then I remember history and reading time and time again about how the same type of people just take over after a revolution has been done. All we really need is a big meteor to hit this planet!

I don't know...LINK

Quote:
David Oscar Markus, a Miami criminal-defense lawyer who practiced against Acosta when he was U.S. Attorney, offered a defense of Acosta in the pages of the Herald:

Quote:
. . . the federal government only prosecutes federal crimes. At the time this case was being investigated, there were serious questions about whether Epstein’s crimes had the required federal nexus. These were traditional state court crimes with local victims, which the federal government decided should be prosecuted by the state system… To argue that Acosta was persuaded to sign off on passing the case to state authorities because of Epstein’s wealth or Epstein’s lawyers is to ignore Acosta’s record as a tough prosecutor who put away Jack Abramoff, Jose Padilla, Broward Sheriff Ken Jeanne, executives of Hamilton Bank, and many more

Yep....Yet another example of all of us being fed only part of a story by the media to drive their own narrative. Anything to hurt Trump.

An interesting look back to when Epstein was all the rage.... Some very eerie parts of the article in light of what we know now.... LINK

Quote:
Epstein is known about town as a man who loves women—lots of them, mostly young. Model types have been heard saying they are full of gratitude to Epstein for flying them around, and he is a familiar face to many of the Victoria’s Secret girls. One young woman recalls being summoned by Ghislaine Maxwell to a concert at Epstein’s town house, where the women seemed to outnumber the men by far. “These were not women you’d see at Upper East Side dinners,” the woman recalls. “Many seemed foreign and dressed a little bizarrely.” This same guest also attended a cocktail party thrown by Maxwell that Prince Andrew attended, which was filled, she says, with young Russian models. “Some of the guests were horrified,” the woman says.

“He’s reckless,” says a former business associate, “and he’s gotten more so. Money does that to you. He’s breaking the oath he made to himself—that he would never do anything that would expose him in the media. Right now, in the wake of the publicity following his trip with Clinton, he must be in a very difficult place.”
Quote:
In 1998 the U.S. Attorney’s Office sued Epstein for illegally subletting the former home of the deputy consul general of Iran to attorney Ivan Fisher and others. Epstein paid $15,000 a month in rent to the State Department, but he charged Fisher and his colleagues $20,000. Though the exact terms of the agreement are sealed, the court ruled against Epstein.
Quote:
In November he was spotted in the front row of the Victoria’s Secret fashion show at New York’s Lexington Avenue Armory; around the same time the usual coterie of friends and beautiful women were whisked off to Little St. James (which he tells people has been renamed Little St. Jeff) for a long weekend.
Quote:
Yet there is something almost programmed about his relaxation: it’s as if even pleasure has to be measured in terms of self-improvement. Nowak says that, when he goes to stay with Epstein in the Caribbean, they’ll get up at six and, as the sun rises, have three-hour conversations about theoretical physics. “Then he’ll go off and do some work, re-appear, and we’ll talk some more.”

Another person who went to the island with Epstein, Maxwell, and several beautiful women remembers that the women “sat around one night teasing him about the kinds of grasping women who might want to date him. He was amused by the idea…. He’s like a king in his own world.”
