Just received this up date on VISN=10 which cover's several areas

VISN 10: VA Healthcare System Serving Indiana, Ohio & Michigan Veterans
Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 10 is the result of the integration of VISNs 10 and VISN 11 as part of VA’s MyVA Transformation plan. The newly integrated VISN 10 is comprised of 10 medical centers and the independent Columbus, OH Ambulatory Care clinic and a network of 58 Community Based Outpatient Clinics. VISN 10 provides personalized, proactive, patient-centered care to more than 500,000 Veterans throughout the lower peninsula of Michigan, Ohio/Northern Kentucky and Indiana.

The VA Office of Inspector General (OIG) conducted a healthcare inspection in response to concerns from the U.S. Office of Special Counsel involving a Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 10 medical facility. A complainant alleged an ophthalmologist lacked training, provided substandard care, and failed to meet productivity expectations. Further, despite reported concerns, the Chief of Staff (COS)

• Dayton VAMC
• Detroit VAMC, MI
• Northern Indiana (Fort Wayne & Marion), IN
• Richard L. Roudebush VAMC, IN
• Aleda E. Lutz, Saginaw, MI
