Your estrogen refills need to be prescribed, as usual, by your Gender Reassignment Physician.

Nah, no thanks big guy. It wouldn't get either of us anywhere.

As a Physician, is the size of my testicles a health risk? Or are all the side effects of low testosterone maybe worse than the size of my balls?

Iím asking seriously, Iím not trying to be facetious.

I wasn't entirely serious either, just want to make sure that my championship fighter Poly doesn't end up with over-large tighty-whiteys (I worked Poly's corner as his cut man in the past...) . But, over dosing of exogenous testosterone, asides from significantly increasing risks of major diseases, can cause suppression of native sources of testosterone, which is mostly produced by the testicles. It's not so much the size of the testicles, but as a sign of induced hypofunction that small testicles would be a concern. Two empty prune ballsacs can be a real bad sign of major problems.

Guess you missed the part about hCG?

Therapeutic doses of Testosterone (100-200mg/week) isn't "overdosing" - it's bringing levels back to high "normal" ranges seen in young men - you know, when we were lean, healthy, recovered quickly, strong, and banging like crazy.

As you should know, Primary Hypogonadism (Testes) is a natural part of aging - LH and FSH is being produced, but the boys are just too tired to care. Just like Menopause is "natural" for women - neither are healthy. When on HRT, hCG provides the LH signal and they keep working and staying normal size.

As a matter of fact, I'd like to see all the peer reviewed research, especially meta-analysis and long term cohort studies, on just how a naturally produced sex hormone that is sky high in our twenties, can cause all sorts of diseases when used at therapeutic dosages (i.e. the same level you had at 22)? Heck, you can count on *maybe* two hands and one foot, the number of multi-compound *abusers* that have died, and it wasn't from Testosterone. Insulin, Clenbuterol, DNP or Diuretics have killed them.

If I lined up a bottle of Tylenol, a Fifth of Bicardi 151, or a 10ml vial of Testosterone - and put a gun to your head and said "pick one to take the entire container of" - which one would you choose? 2 grams of Testosterone would only make your nipples a little sensitive - the other 2 would put you in the ER and might kill you.

The main stream medical orthodoxy's MYTH that Testosterone is some evil thing - perpetuated since the 80's with the BS story that "steroids killed Lyle Alzado" and a fear of strong men - needs to die, and thankfully it is, slowly but surely. Meanwhile, lets hand out the female sex hormone, Estrogen, to 12 year olds so they can bang like rabbits.

hCG mate. In addition to maintaining an LH signal to the boys to keep them busy (full) - there are LH receptors all over the body - they are there for a reason. 10units every morning, SubQ into abdominal fat ( .10 on a 1ml/100unit Insulin Syringe) is all you need. 4 months is $75 from Empower Pharmacy.

And I apologize in advance - no harm, no foul my friend Just have seen and heard too many idiots in the GenPop medical industry that are clueless about HRT, because they entered residency in 1955 and haven't cracked a book since.

Peace

Anyone taking testosterone boosting supplements? I've looked at some products from Onnit and Origin, but am going to wait until I get a physical and some blood work done as suggested in this threat. Good info, thanks all.
