Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
 Coordinator and planner of Captured Materiel Training Courses duties include course preparation and delivery, Program of Instruction (POI) development, training schedule development, training briefings, and coordination for instructors and facilities in accordance with client requirements;

 Captured Materiel Exercises are planned and executed quarterly and are generally inclusive of the entire DOD Foreign Materiel (FM) community of interest and Foreign Partners (as directed). FM exercises will be 2-10 days in duration. The ACPM is responsible for exercise preparation and delivery to include developing exercise goals and objectives, exercise briefings, Master Scenario Event List (MSEL) development, and coordination for cadre, role players and facilities in accordance with client requirements;

 The ACPM is responsible for contract communication activities to include creating periodic status reports and briefings, managing contract programmatic financial information (Projections, Spend Plan, Burn Rate, etc.), and producing reports in accordance with contract requirements;

 The ACPM will coordinate the purchase and delivery of goods in support of training, exercises, and OCONUS operations. ACPM will assist in planning and accomplishment of the safe delivery of foreign materiel to the United States;

 Supports deployment activities of both Government and contractor personnel by serving as the deployment mission manager. Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

 Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); Version 1 January 2018
 Collate program data and produce reports;
 Order and track supplies requested by the client;
 Ability to communicate effectively and interact daily with the customer;
 Ability to translate customer needs into operational requirements.

Education/Experience:

 Special Operations Forces (SOF) Experience; preferably;ly out of embassy operations or working as part of a mil group or similar construct

Preferably a Bachelorís Degree with three (3) or more years of Program Management experience or similar education and experience

 Served as a Staff Officer at Battalion Level or higher or civilian equivalent;
 Working knowledge of pre-deployment procedures;

Clearance:
 Active TS/SCI, CI Poly
Working Conditions/ Equipment:
 Expected to work in both office and field conditions;
 Office conditions would generally be 8-hour days, conducting work on a computer, telephonic communications and participating in daily meetings;
 Training and exercises are conducted in field conditions, billeting in hotels;
 Will require 10-12 hour days much of which will be on your feet managing instructors and training;
 Able to lift 50 pound boxes and cases in and out of vehicles.
