I started Why Nations Fail written by Daron Acemoglu. Only about an hour in so far. I picked it after seeing it was on a must read list by Ben Shapiro.

I don't read much and when I do its usually fiction. But I'd like to be able to support some of my political beliefs with actual fact rather than just common sense. So here we go...

Has anyone read this book?

A Matter of Character: Inside the George W. Bush White House by Ronald Kessler.

Pretty good read so far. I'm a little pissed at some of the stuff about education and the government getting involved. But that's just my own bias coming out as I read.
