VA.gov

The VA.gov site is messed up. I just changed my password two weeks ago and just now it tells me its wrong. I read it out of my notebook and I'm 1000% positive its correct. I answered all the questions correct when I tried to change the password and it said I was wrong. PISS on VA.gov its useless like everything else they do.

Which provider did you use to log in? VA doesn't manage your credentials. It is one of the following:
* DS Logon
* MyHealtheVet
* ID.me

I tried to re-order my meds on heathevet, but the system said they had problems a couple days ago. I tried again today with the same message. Yeah, single payer is gonna be great.

Last week my PCP sent me a document I needed via the myhealthevet “Secure Message”, but everytime I tried to download the pdf, it kicked me out & sent me back to Login page. I had to contact the Help Desk, after a couple days I received an email telling me to Login using my site User Name & password, instead of the “DS Logon”. It stated there is known bug that should be fixed, but better to not use DS Logon.

I was able to download my document when I logged on as recommended.

As for ordering my Rx’s, I’ve always just called the phone number listed on the bottle label for my local VAMC Pharmacy & used the Automated Refill Request w/ no issues and received w/in less than 8 days.

I get into mine using ID.Me when I am not at work. Today DS logon was down but I could still get in using IDMe.

C'mon guys, it's the gov't. You can't realistically expect the shit to work more than half the time.
