Color blindness?
How much of a criteria is color blindness in regards to getting into SF? Able to get a waiver? Have a young hard charger, 68w, in National Guard really wanting to go SF but is concerned as is color blind.

To the best of my knowledge a candidate that is color blind (i.e. failed the PIP/Falant tests) must be able to pass the vivid red/green test. If they cannot pass the vivid red/green test, they must seek a waiver from the USAJFKSWC Surgeon.

Hmmm. Regardless of waiver..I would think it would be a disqualifier.
