Neuro Priming

Due to being in post-op last night with the room to myself, and not able to sleep, I spent WAY too much time on Google.

Has anyone been involved in/used "Halo Neuro" or another form of "Neuropriming" to improve their workouts via "hyperlearning"?

Now I would think this would be of more use to professional athletes and the like, as well as Military uses, but the concept and actual use of this is something I've never heard of before.

www.haloneuro.com

Interested to hear from anyone who knows something about it.

If you want to try something like that, you can do it for free with Binaural Beats apps:

You'll have to find one you like - I tried them for a while (noticed nothing) but forget which one I used (although placebo is a wonderful thing, LOL).

I didn't read too much on your device, so it may not be the same thing. Unless provided free by your professional sports/Olympic coach, just put the money toward good food, while you sleep and lift - consistently My opinion anyway.

"Or, Mike, take the firearms first, and then go to court"
