SEAL check

I purchased a canoe from one Georg (George?) M. Stapleton who told me he had been a SEAL. When I picked the canoe up and paid he told me he had received a higher offer but was going to honor our deal. I am thinking of paying him the difference to be fair, if he was telling me the truth about being a SEAL I will believe his claim about the higher offer but if he was not a SEAL then I am not going to believe his claim about the higher offer. The amount is several hundred dollars. Thanks for your time and effort. Tim

No one with a last name of "Stapleton" was ever a Navy SEAL.

Fake SEAL vs Real SEAL

I have a name of someone claiming to be a SEAL. I have the up most respect for SEALs. Can someone check for me...? Patrick Beneman. He said he was a SEAL. He is currently about 61 years of age so it was probably at least 30 years ago...

For starters you need to post an introduction in the intro thread, then start your own verification thread, then Frog will be along to help you out.
