Saturday:
10.7 mile Mtb ride in 1:22:38 (time includes the time we spent changing 3 pinch flats) with 1,676ft of climbing. Took a nasty digger on a DH section and bruised the shit out of my quads.

Sunday:
17.3 mile Mtb ride in 1:22:40 (only 697 ft of climbing).

Today:
19.6 mile bike ride in 1:04:31. Did an 11.5 mile section in 31:54 (my roommate outsprinted me for KOM on that strava section).

MARSOC shortcard workout with the candidate pool, then a 4 mile run with the candidate pool at 9:05 pace (yeah, we've got a lot of work to do in the running dept).

Wide grip pullup ladder got 1-7 then 5 and 5 on last 2 sets.
Timed pushups in 1:00 got 80 reps
Timed situps in 1:00 got 42 reps (f'ing horrible)
2x20 reps squats with resistance bands
2x10 reps one leg split squat with back leg on couch

Getting into the MobilityWOD stuff again and it seems to be helping my back so far. Hoping to get a good set of resistance bands shortly and start doing some of the "flossing" stuff to free up my ROM.

Ouch, looks like you broke that sucker pretty bad. I definitely won't make the same mistake again. I hucked off a drop and was going too fast to turn so I ended up riding into a few baby heads. Really glad it was a demo bike and not my bike!

2 minutes of inclined pushups (partner calling the "ups" and "downs")
90 seconds of inclined pushups (partner calling the "ups" and "downs")
20 kettlebell swings with 45lb kettlebell
20 kettle bell squats with 2 20lb kettlebells
25 box jumps
25 leg lifts
40 3ct flutter kicks
40 3ct bicycles
team kettlebell run (1/6th of a mile carrying 2x20lb kettlebells, 2/6th of a mile running, planks while the other "team" runs)
2 minutes of crunches (partner calling the "ups" and "downs"
team kettlebell run

PM:

17.9 mile mtb ride in 1:38:16 with 750 ft of climbing.

9 training sets of pullups (5 reps apiece and need to up it to 6 next week)
MWOD to open up hip flexors. It seems to be having a good effect on my lower back.

13.21 mile mtb ride in 1:04:26. Its amazing how tired your legs and arms get from those long downhill rocky stretches.
