Stretching, core work first then a nice easy 32min run/walk workout with hills followed by more core work and stretching.

Some Jiu Jitsu drills this morning.

3 rounds in 12:03 of:
- 20 shrimps
- 20 lat pull on WOSS straps (like TRX)
- 20 neck bridges
- 20 push ups
- 20 hip raise/triangles

Muay Thai school finally gave in, and closed. So we held class via zoom.
Which amounted to pretty much amounted to 12 rounds of combination laden shadow boxing, or bag banging for those with bags.

Oddly satisfying.

Where I work out they have a SEAL perfect situp board. Works great
Push-up bars, wheel and I do some planks too.

In 25:03:
- 100 assisted pull-ups (band then kipping)
- 200 20# db bench press
- 300 flutter kicks

My band broke on set 7 or 8, so switched to kipping.

1 mile walk w/20# vest in 19 minutes then 50 air squats with vest on. Kind of an active recovery day.

- 50 straight punches left, 50 straight punches right
- 50 reverse fly left, 50 reverse fly right (these burned)

1 mile on Assault Bike in 2:19 (lost time)

Treadmill, walked. I am going to ramp up my speed-5mph is a good starting point, stay there for awhile.

Good workout finished:

20 minutes cardio - Rower and stairs on elliptical

20 minutes dumbbell weights circuit

20 minutes Core and Legs (crunches, mule kicks, squats, calf raises, front kicks, etc)
