Yank - The Old Rangers Come Home From the War

For the legal benefit auction, I am offering a very rare issue of YANK August 4 1944. Condition is excellent.
This issue is entitled "The Old Rangers Come Home From the War" and features an article on the Ranger Battalions. It also has an article on the Marines on Saipan.
Let's start bidding at $20 and the auction will end on 24 March 2017.

Nice,
I'll bid $100.

If that takes it, it is your choice, send it to Darby House or the ASO museum in Fayetteville.

Well, it's a lot more compact than the flaming sword, but it's not nearly as impressive. Just doesn't have that Wrath-of-the-Almighty edge to it. I mean, come on, how am I supposed to strike fear into the hearts of the wicked with this thing?

Looks like 1st BN on his scroll.
If it were nicely framed, I'd say it's an easy bet that it goes straight up on their wall... we're it to arrive rolled in a tube, maybe not so much...?

I would be honored to hang this on my wall, but what's the consensus on where it should go?

I'll send it as directed.

Here's the article. I took pictures of it since I don't have a large flat scanner. On the cover of Yank was T/Sgt. Francis P Padrucco of Miami Fla.

Good stuff, one Ranger shot down a messerschmitt-110 with his BAR. Hope you can read it.
