Icon5 RFI - water evolutions during BUD/S / SQT

If someone with personal experience in regards to swimming related evolutions during SEAL training (mostly pertaining to BUD/S, but also SQT) would be willing to assist by discussing a couple more general questions, that would be highly appreciated.

As some parts of the situation could be deemed personally identifiable information concerning a third party, I would prefer to keep the discussion in PMs.

Thank you very much in advance.
