Delayed payments?

Wife pointed out to me a few days ago that my disability check didn't drop on the 1st/2nd.

Log on to eBenefits, and see that they mailed a paper check in mid-September for $0.00. That was about three days before I updated our address when we moved.

No account activity since then. Tried calling the VA Help Desk, bounced through the menus to find the automated system couldn't access my record. It tells me to wait while the call is transferred, and immediately I receive a message that due to heavy call volume, no one can help me, so they're going to disconnect me.

Anyone else seen late payments this month? I'm assuming not since there was no thread about it.

All retirees and annuitants are paid once per month. The regular pay date is the first day of every month. If the first of the month falls on a weekend or holiday, however, your pay date will change.
When the first of the month is a weekend or holiday the pay date for retirees will be the last business day before the first of the month. For example, October 1, 2017 is a Sunday. Therefore, all retirees should receive their payment on Friday, September 29, 2017.
For annuitants, when the first falls on a weekend or holiday the payment will be received on the first business day of the month. Since October 1, 2017 falls on a Sunday, all annuitants should receive their payment on Monday, October 2, 2017.
For a complete list of the remaining 2017 pay dates and the 2018 pay dates, there is a link on the main Retired Military and Annuitants webpage titled “Pay Schedule” under the “Find it Fast” section or you can click here to go to that schedule now.

Thanks. Upon further review, it seems they may have recovered a VocRehab overpayment all at once. Still waiting to hear from my VocRehab counselor. I'll update when I can.
