RIP SGM Nelms and prayers to your loved ones. Chris and I served together on a team in A Co., 1/19th SFG(A) in Buckley, WA during the late 1990s and he epitomized what it means to be an SF soldier. I'll see you at the ORP old friend.

Regardless of the author or the author's constant conspiratorial quest for insider information, the article brings to public attention to the death of a great man. Chris was one of the most decorated soldiers on Active Duty at the time of his death. He was, quite simply, an extraordinary soldier. As the article indicates, a man like Chris is hard for the Army to replace.

For his family, he is impossible to replace.

So, Sean Naylor aside, it's good that the American public can read and learn of Chris.
