TRICARE Pharmacy Copayments to Increase

According to TRICARE, Pharmacy Copayments are to Increase Starting Jan. 1, 2020.

On Jan. 1, some copayments for your prescription drugs will increase. If you get your prescriptions through the TRICARE Pharmacy Home Delivery or at a retail network pharmacy, you'll pay anywhere from $2 to $7 more starting Jan. 1. Congress made this change in the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2018.

Wonderful. Why is it the VA can send you meds for free in the mail, for example, yet TRICARE charges? Same damn pot of money, Taxes. I know its different, but dang it..

Financially, it's still one of the best programs going. The "buy in" is costly, but the monthly rate and copays are much better than any other program I've seen.

Yes it is, but the terms "boiling the frog one degree at a time..." and "Death by a thousand cuts..." Are used more and more these days. Jus sayin.

Cut it out. Our healthcare is absolutely free. As long as you never use it.
