Kill cliff or Fitaid

Any difference between the both? Looking at using one or two but would like an opinion.
Cheers!

I looked at both labels - *I* wouldn't pay that kind of money, but "value" is subjective. They won't do anything for you that a good diet won't do, especially if you are also taking a multi-vitamin on top of fruits and vegetables. Get some good Protein with Pineapple and Blueberries after your workout and call it good.

LifeAID has a 'Proprietary Blend', which is an instant SCAM ALERT for any product ('Prop Blends' are only to hide something from the consumer).

Kill Cliff doesn't even do that, they just chuck the stuff in the ingredient label, LOL. There are scientifically proven clinical effective doses for all that stuff in the research - neither one of those give you any amounts for each one.

Just use Gatorade. They've sunk millions over decades into sports drinks, and in general they have it dialed in (as much as a sugar/electrolyte drink can be).

They both taste good but neither are worth a shit if you expexpct some sort of performance boost. Especially for the price.
