Branch Manger Position in Tampa, FL & Huntsville, AL with Velox

Velox is trying to fill two position currently, a Branch Manager position in Tampa,Fl & a Branch Manager position in Huntsville, AL. Please see below:

INTRO
Velox knows institutional business travelers and the challenges they face. Securing a visa and passport is a difficult process especially on a short notice. A minor error on an application can result in rejection or delay which can cost business travelers valuable time and money. Renowned for our knowledge of ever changing international laws and regulations associated with embassies and consulates around the world. Velox offers clients a full range of international travel resources. These include comprehensive contingency logistics and stability operations as well as security and global risk management.

DESCRIPTION
As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for following up with our Clients in support of Velox offices globally. Velox Visa operates in many countries with its headquarter in Virginia, USA. The Branch Manager in Tampa, FL or Huntsville, AL will regularly prepare and coordinate all materials and documents for Clients in order to get them to the respective Embassies and US Government Agencies. Additionally, you will follow up with Embassies and Clients throughout the day and must be available by phone and to respond to emails after regular business hours, when needed. You will regularly interface with US government agencies, embassies, and major US government contractor personnel by phone and in person. Must possess the ability to be a self-starter and have strong communication skills. Branch Office Manager must be able to Strategically plan and manage the daily flow of client and customer orders, direct, augment, coordinate and liaise full order duration, negotiate with prospective clients and customers, resolve any concerns, issues or complaints, analyze data routinely and produce reports management, evaluate the daily office operation and implement needed improvements,

REQUIREMENTS
• 4 plus years of relevant practical experience combined with sales and/or customer service experience.
• Military experience preferred.
• Experience in logistic services is a plus
• Strong initiative and sound judgment
• Strong organization skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel)
• Excellent project coordination and planning skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication skills
• Continuously be “on call” meaning you may get calls at night and on weekends
• High school diploma required; a BA is preferred
• U.S. Citizenship
