They're getting a bit silly reaching for "new" material.

"Build a coal forge out of junk, no power tools, oversized billet, and in the sun....but don't worry, we'll give you an extra half hour".

Next they'll do something like one arm tied back.

Yep...for some reason, I think they might be coming to the end of the series. Once the drama and silliness begin entering the picture, death isn't far behind.

They need to re format the show and come up with some new ideas. All episodes, though I still love it, are essentially the same.

Have them make some folders. Get some novice celebrities to compete, have an active duty in uniform military competition, etc.

Yeah they got pretty hammered over that episode on the public and private Facebook groups for the show. They keep getting more ridiculous. You had a winning formula why fix something that wasn't broke. Oh well.

I want to see some locking folders.

I mean all these 12-14" Bowies are nice, but who buys or carries those? Where many carry/buy nice pocket folders.

Dang a locking folder in 6 hours would be pretty hard if not down right impossible. Especially forged in fire style. I can see it now. Here's a 3" ball bearing that takes 1.5 hours to heat properly that has to be forged in a pocket knife blade. You have to build a coal forge and can only use a wooden mallet for a hammer. Your time starts now.

Season Six has started!

First two episodes, bring back 6 losers to compete again.

Don't know if was a glitch or a promotion, but Amazon had Season Six pass on sale for $0.99 this morning! Compared to just buying episode one alone, which was $1.99.

I would have never thought they would have honored it. Well that's good on them.
