Holy crap. Revived a 17 year old post. Record maybe?

At first glance, it looks like a distorted "second award" CIB with the wreath and star.....

Anyone else seen one of these? Better yet, anyone got a scan? It's been sixteen years and I'd like to see if my memory serves me well.....
I have both the BDU Badge Class A Badge, And the Certificate Of Completion being in the very 1st Class of American Troops to complete the course in '81, And one of the "Crusty Old Timer Guys" you're referring to😂😉 How can I get it to you? ✌

Wow. Very old post. Looks like you figured out how to use the search button!

Would love to see them. Post am intro and then post pictures here. I am sure others would like to see them.

Also, tell a story! Has to be some good ones....

Until Kondor comes back, heres what the ROK Marine Mountain Warfare Badge looks like. Been wearing it on my Class As since I got it in the summer of 83. Best memories are of watching the PBRs head out on patrol from the base on the Han River I think it was. Test firing their twin 50s was impressive! And then there was SGM Lee; calm, chunkie, wielding a hefty 6 foot limb that he used to pummel the ROK underachievers with. Those videos on YouTube of martial artists slinging a bow staff... nothing compared to SGM Lee bringing smoke on one of the Marines!
And yes, we PTd twice a day, duckwalked our ass off, and the slide for life literally was from a mountain top into a valley down a huge ship docking rope. We slide down it with other pieces of rope which had been soaking in a nearby stream all day.
