Who is the green armed man?

His cover and back ground seem to be in disagreement...

When I went thru the Army's "Instructor Training Course," our presentations had to be about a non-military subject. I never quite got why that was, and several years later they lifted that particular constraint.

Our instructor(Chief) was sick of hearing the same ole shit. I think its cool, better than hearing "ground ladders" or "VES" for the millionth time.

Seems to be very common at Instructor Development type classes. Had the same at LE courses I attended, the training block could not be LE related. There was one class however, taught by former FBI HRT members, where it could be firearm related.
