Heads up - Green Beret Foundation - New SF Bay Area Chapter

One of the great announcements I get to make this year is the Green Beret Foundation’s inauguration of the San Francisco Bay Area’s new chapter.

We’ve been actively involved in putting this event together, from lining up the speakers, to running the marketing, and crafting some of the finer details.

On November 3rd, 2017, we will be hosting the event at the Marriott Marquis in San Francisco.

Let me just sum this up as a great night to make new friends, meet with old ones, and help support one of the most important initiatives in a space teeming with opportunity for former SOF.

You can register here. If you’re going, let me know, and I’ll meet you there.

If you can't make it, please share the below link with your network. You'll help a really good cause.

Eventbrite Registration

Please share this in your network. We're 2 weeks out and very much looking for any support this event can receive.

There will be some interesting speakers and the entire event should provide many opportunities to connect with really driven, bright, and honorable people.

EM Burlingame is a very sharp fella(and already in your SF community)!

Have you guys thought about getting in touch with Joe Felter?

Although I suspect he's a "little busy" right about now.

His civilian partner Pete Newell(also a retired Colonel) is another top fella working in the Bay Area.

I met both guys last year and earlier this year......I think they've got one effective secret sauce recipe(along with Steve Blank of Lean Start Up fame) in coming up with Hacking 4 Defence to bring together defence entrepreneurship with technology.

Just thought I'd pass it along.

Thanks a lot for pointing Joe Felter out. He and I have a lot of mutual connections but this is the first I've heard of him. Sent him an invite. Let's hope he's free and can make it.
