That's a good question Jong.
You do level off, but you will also always see an ebb and flow as you are able to do this mental exercise. Frankly, I've stopped paying attention or seeking improvements; and have strictly started using it like actual physical exercise, in that I use it to jump start my brain every day. I do find that if I skip a day, I'm not as sharp as I could be. Don't know if that helps or not, but that's one opinion from someone who enjoys the Lumi-flavored cool aid.

I used to keep redoing each game until I received a better score. I now think that is "gaming" the process.
I play each game twice and let the scores fall where they may. As I have a lot of improvement to make, my trend has gone fairly uphill (improved) with each session.

Down to 1020. Too much sleep last night maybe. I normally only play each game a max of 2 times. If I do not exceed my previous score, I just suck it up and drive on.
I have a 91st percentile in problem solving, I wonder why I cannot get SOTB to carry my ruck. ![]()

Down hill on the BPI 1074 and today 1071,
They track sleep and attitude. I did worse when I slept more and was happy. Perhaps my brain feels if that's the case, it should be swimming in beer?
