Cardio vs Power

I am currently in the DEP.
PAST test results are not official but are fine.

1. I want to compile all the pdfs that were on SpecialTactics.com regarding workout plans and preparation into one centralized Thread. (If you have any please post a link or upload)

2. I want to know the proportion of Crossfit (like) workouts to Cardio workouts done at Indoc so I can train accordingly.

Lastly on another post I saw that the graduation standards included a 6 mile run in/under 44 minutes.

3. I want to know whether a 7 minute mile is standard for distance runs -and- whether or not 6 miles is a common length for "speed" runs.

4. What weight and time per mile can I expect for Rucks.

If you provide an answer please provide an experience. ie "We had to run 10 miles at a 7 minute pace"

Thankyou for viewing and all answers.

First, post an introduction in the appropriate area.

Second, it's a shitty idea to steal someone else's material.

Third, I doubt anyone's going to allow it to be posted here since SOCNET doesn't poach.

As for your questions, I'm sure a PJ will be along shortly.

First, This is my first post; I dont know (or care) about an introduction in the appropriate area.

Second, if you were familiar with Special Tactics you would know that the forum had government material created by PJ's, to help those with aspirations. I was asking for links (not stealing) and if anyone created them to post them.

Third, who cares what you think. You made an assumption based off of something you were uninformed about.

As for my questions, I left them in the Pararescue section STRICTLY because I wanted THEIR input.

Quoted for posterity.

Oh, dear. Just remember, you started it, fruit.

I'm sure a mod/admin will be along shortly to STRICTLY give THEIR input.

..The Stupid is strong with this one. Your time here will be short. And by your attitude I highly doubt you will pass Basic let alone any serious training. But hey enjoy your Chinook ride, it's as close to the real thing as your going to get.

You stupid immature little cunt.

While you were trying to figure out how not to shit in a diaper anymore I was going on JRX's with PJ's who are still friends of mine today.

You're going to go far with your attitude. Probably bottom of the pool from the looks of it.

You know what they say about assumptions....I suspect that he's still working on that task.

Ok, please note his name is now red. That indicates he thought to replace his original email address with something false once he mouthed off.

Like most clowns, he forgets that his original email address is captured in the welcome email everyone gets.
