Key metrics

With individual health being the topic du jour in this election season and related to the BP thread in the lounge, I think that this thread may be helpful.

On a daily basis, I monitor the following:

1. Weight
2. BP (I use an Omron)
3. Pulse (resting)
4. SPO2

I don't know if there are any other vitals that can be added as a daily, but occasionally, I'll use the U.S. Army Fitness app to calculate my body fat. For the record:

1. 168.2
2. 117/78
3. 54
4. 97
5. 14%
