This thread, as well as the meniscus one, make me think we need a dedicated mobility thread. Like I assume most here are, I am bad at devoting the time to keeping up on mobility. Even if I wasn't, I lack the knowledge of the type offered by AustinPT. Thoughts?

At least I dont have to scrape ice every freaking day now. There are advantages to being back in the South. Shoulder is staying calm.

So, just had my second shoulder surgery earlier this week. Subacrimonial decompression. Surgeon said he went in there and everything at the initial surgery site looked good, but there was a bone spur in there that was probably the root of my problems. So he got rid of that.

Second go round much less painful- out of the sling in 24 hours, can move my arm around alright. Still eating enough Percocets to make my ears ring though. Huzzah!

I would love to read one of your posts with Percs and vodka running through your mind.

Dude, please do not contemplate that shit.

Glad, the second time around was better.

I'm delaying my shit for as long as I can.

7 months out from my surgery and almost 100%. Did TGUs with the 45 lb bell and snatches with the 25 lb bell. Pull ups are slowly coming back to normal. Clapping push ups are still a no go.

Thankfully and surprisingly the shoulder pain was from a muscle spasm (trigger) way up in my neck. I was amazed when he released the trigger my shoulder pain just *disappeared*
