Meh.

If his techniques were that effective, we'd be using them. Last I checked, SOF was doing just fine without this stuff.

Of course he handles criticism so well. Who would have thought he would invite random strangers to come fight him? Lol I bet if enough people trolled him he would literally have an aneurism. This guy amuses me to no end.

HAHAHA, concur. If only I had the time

I almost started following him to fuck with him. Now that the election is over and I'm bored maybe I will.

He'd grind tacticool dude to a smudge on the ground. No need to get crazy doing a gazzillion different exercises.

Hmmm. I think he is dealing with this and its the only way he knows how to not seem weak.

Intense workouts are used by many that are afraid to appear weak.

I would also never train at a place that billed itself Knock Out Zone. But maybe that's because I'm a sissy.

Long cycle is some of the most extreme torture ever devised. Denisov is an animal.
Yeah no need to get all dumb with it. Wanna work on strength? Squat, bench, deadlift, Olympic lifts. Endurance? Go run, long slow distance and sprints. Bam. You've covered pretty much all your bases, in a practical, quantifiable way. What's the point in creating numerous workouts that have no metric with which to gauge their difficulty or effectiveness? There's a reason he's the only person you see doing this type of stuff.

As an aside, a big thing in boxing was to not corrupt your form and learn bad habits and incorrect movements. Sometimes you'd see guys doing shadowboxing with light dumbbells, but trying to throw combination patterns with heavy resistance was frowned upon as it led to bad motor patterns. Train how you fight.
