Thumbs up Seeking** Level II Weapons Maintenance Instructor (91K2-3), SECRET, $135k-145k, Iraq

SB Approved

Plan, coordinate and execute Weapons Maintenance training and repair to Host Country Armed

Forces.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 Instruct Weapons PMCS.

 Instruct US individual/crew weapon systems as well as assist with Indigenous weapons system

within the Host Nation’s on hand arsenal in maintenance and repair.

 Assist in Weapons marksmanship instruction.

 Deploy to Iraq or Afghanistan or other locations as required by the customer in support of contract

initiatives, deployments are 12 Months long with an R&R break after 6 months.

 Other duties as requested directed or assigned by the Program Manager or customer.

Qualifications:

 Must be a former Small Arms Repairer NCO having graduated from 91K AIT.

 Desired that instructor be qualified at the 3 skill level.

 10 years’ experience as a Small Arms Repairer/ Supervisor at the Direct and General levels (-20/- 30) of

support.

 Must have served within the last three (3) years.

 Must have deployed to IRQ or AFG within the last five (5) years and have trained partner-nation forces.

 DLPT rating of 2/2 or higher in Arabic is desired.

 Proficiency with MS office.

 Proficiency with NIPRNet and SIPRNet.

 SECRET Clearance preferred, but not required.

 Able to pass and maintain the physical standards of the Army physical fitness test (APFT) for age

category.

Education Required:

 Associates Degree in related discipline or the equivalent combination education, technical training, or

work/military experience and/ or be a graduate of the ANCOC.

Experience Required:

• Desired that instructor be qualified at the 3 skill level.

support.
