Popped a rib out on drill, will have to do 27 tomorrow (13+14). Will split it into two sets since I am a wimp

Did 21 yesterday. Starting to smoke me.

Are you guys doing the full Burpees, as there are many variations.

Do a pushup, and also a jump at the end?

I was doing them just at first without the pushup or jump, now have added both.

I combined them yesterday with my Kettle Bell workout. Major smoke. Glad no one was filming me for the last several ones, was flailing all about. LOL

I would like to get up to doing 3 sets of 21. I think that is my goal, rather than doing the 100 in 100 days. I maybe leaving again to work overseas, and that would be a good Mon-Wed-Fri workout routine, since no access to gym or weights.

Saw a good variation of the Burpee on you tube, where at the end of each burpee a snatch and grap row with medium weight dumbell is performed, alternating each arm with each burpee.

A burpee without the pushup and jump is GAY. Good to see you've incorporated heterosexual behavior into your PT regimen....

That sounds a like a great way for people who don't focus properly on form to really mess something up as they get tired.

without stopping? 10 or 12 then I take a few seconds or longer to catch my breath and get back to it. I've done 50 total in one day as part of the Filthy Fifty WOD at my CrossfFit gym.

I also suck at burpees and they tire me out fairly quickly which is why I'm on this train to hell with this thread.

didn't think I was a day behind. 14+15 unbroken. Most I've done no rest was either 69 or 70.
