(The blonde) Zuzska convinced me to go up to the 55 lb KB. I do five sets of the following, 40 seconds on 20 seconds rest.

Goblet squats
KB Swing
Plank
Zuzska Shuffle from the video
Clean and press with KB

What?! TFG is up to 55 lb. KB. Crap, that means I need to go out and buy some heavier ones myself then, sure as hec not going to let a "O" outdo me on the KBs. (bad enough some Blonde Czek Chick is smoking me!)

Love my instructors KB workouts. She varies the workout each time, trying to strengthen my core (read as my fat ass); going from timed reps to fixed reps:

20 sec on-10 sec off, or 8x ea. Genereally runs 4-6 rounds. She throws in the VersaFit Log and TRX rings in as well (30-40lb)

Gobblet squats (25lb)
TRX rows
Plank push pulls (18lb)
1 arm rows (L-R @ 35lbs)
Deadlift (clean jerk) to overhead press (VersaFit Log)
Side-to-side VersaFit Log Overhead press (think BUD/S log drills)
Ball Slams (20lb med ball)
Ball push ups.

Ab ladders 1-5-1

If she's feeling particularly bitchy that day, we get to do hill runs.

There are some "Kettlebell Challenges" out there and one of them stated that prolonged swinging can mess up your hands and joints. He went on to say that you are better off doing them in sets. His example was doing 10, 15, 25 and then 50 x 3 to get 300 swings a day to participate in the KB 300 Challenge.

Now you tell me.

I did 3 x 70 again, felt good, actually. I'll ask the fitness coach at the place I train at, see what he says.

4 rounds.

I do dumbbell swings as a finisher. #45 3 sets of 25. Since I'm invested in Olympic Plates, I found a DIY KB like 'T Handle' for plates:

I have a kettlestack. It's around $60,but allows you to increase weight as you progress. I traded a friend for his 24kg kb, and yeah, it feels better, but the ability to add weight as you go is awesome. And cheaper.

I saw that. I also saw the "KettleClamp" for dumbbells. My problem is I'm cheap, and have 600lbs of plates - no way I'm spending money on duplicating more weight

Gotcha. If you're just doing swings, that'll work great. If you want to do any single hand stuff, or overhead, you'll have to come up with something else.

FG, I've done that thing up to my 70 when I was lifting heavy. It's awful. 5's and 10's are easy, 15's are not fun, but the very short break to the 20 is miserable. By the fourth round you understand the name. I'm doing it a couple times a week with the 35 to condition before I start up with the 55 again. This last year was rough with doubling up on classes, so PT was a low priority.
