This is just the beginning. France needs to come down hard on this.

Prayers out to the victims and their families. Terrible day for France.

RIP to the fallen.

France just keeps getting hit again and again.

What can they do to stop this? And I'm not looking for a kick them all out answer, I'm serious. What can France do to really change this as whatever they have done since the last attacks clearly haven't been enough.

It will get really ugly if regular people don't feel safe in their own country anymore and decide to take matters into their own hands.

Why do you think "remove kebab" isn't serious? Do you really think half measures will be effective?

Frankly any security measure to reduce jihadism will be effective in direct relation to the severity of it's persecuting Islam.

People don't act out when they're oppressed, they act out when the oppression relaxes. The problem is Muslims, the solution must reduce the numbers and increase the oppression of same. S/F....Ken M

Unhappy

RIP to the fallen. Prayers for those injured for a speedy & full recovery. Prayers for the families ... Prayers for France & the first responders & those who hopefully bring the hammer down hard on anyone involved.

I don't know what else, I just don't know.

Unfortunately, France can do as much as they want, but if surrounding countries such as Italy and especially Spain don't do anything, France's efforts are all but useless thanks to EU immigration policies. It appears as though the individuals crossing from North Africa, Mediterranean, and Balkans etc. don't necessarily want to attack the countries at their crossing points into Europe...but are comfortable hitting France as it's one of the first stops coming from North Africa.

It will be unfortunate to watch this entire situation progress, as I'm certain things are going to get worse before they get better.

Charles Martel, "The Hammer," knew what to do and did it at Tours.
The Polish winged cavalry knew what to do and did it at Vienna.
The Italian fleets knew what to do and did it at Lepanto.
The enemy also knows what they're about - ask the Armenians.

When the enemy practices the doctrine of "convert or die," compromise equals a postponement of suicide. Freedom is just a fleeting illusion to a population unwilling to defend it. It was Bastille Day, after all, and this attack is symbolically an attack on the freedoms France fought a revolution for once upon a time.

RIP to the dead. May they be the last Frenchmen to die before their brothers decide to defend their families against invasion and conquest.

As an Israeli citizen, that's kind of a funny statement. As an American, it's also a funny statement.

Reports that 2 Americans were killed in the attack. According to a social media post from a family member of the deceased, their names are Sean and Brodie Copeland. Brodie was 11.

RIP to the fallen.

Meh, the problem isn't the durka durkas, they're just doing what they do, like poisonous snakes. The problem is the politicians and other traitors who bring these 'human' IED's to Western nations, presumably in the hopes that crisis gives them power?

Time for the French to fire up the National Razor. S/F....Ken M

Gents,

I am growing tired of the crazy. Tone it down or take it to military dot com. I have a lot of shit to do and will not be tolerant of the uncooperative.

As always, thank you visiting SOCNET.com.
