Car Bomb in Nevada?

So, in other news - What are the odds someone was getting ready to drive the auto in question to The Strip?

Mormoms seem a pretty unlikely group to play the IED game.

Could be inter-tribal, or they had a guest staying there traveling...

I know that area pretty well and agree it is unlikely a Mormon-vs-US thing. Could be an FDLS dispute, but most of that is farther south near the Arizona border.

But there is a crater where a car used to be, that sounds like a car bomb to me...

I live in Las Vegas, so a paranoia certainly perks up when I see stuff like this N of me. If there is a softer target than my town, it most likely isn't on my radar since my sales territory the last 10 years takes me all over the Las Vegas valley.

I am going to stop thinking about this for awhile since I don't think these two events are precursors, but I am the paranoid type, so........

I'm going to post this here

Another "car bomb" in Sydney, Australia. ABC (Australian Broadcast Corp.) Sydney reports it as attempted terror attack. Man filled his car with propane tanks and sets himself on fire before ramming it into police station.
