I got the 25 lb mace airborne for the first time today when my switch curls became ballistic curls! Only 2 flows today as I'm coming down with the flu.

Was going to put this in the hate thread, but I'd rather put it here. Couldn't work my way in on the squat rack for my 5x5's on squats and DL so I turned in the following:

1 mile warm up run at 7:56 (treadmill)
4x25 crunches, 2 min. plank, 25 flutter kicks. 1 min rest between each set.
1 mile finish up run at 6:52 (treadmill)

That's what I get for my lift day falling on a Monday. :-)

Even with my damaged knee I do very well on the hack squat.can't squat
Will try to catch the DL rack next time. Body weight exercises have become my favorite lately- did some after my boxing workout

Download big three
135x15 12 9 6 BP pause for 5 4 3 and 2 1 minute rest intervals
135x10x4 squats ass to grass 1 minute rest interval
135x10x3 DL hold for 3 count on each 1 minute rest interval
4x25 crunch sit-ups (hands across chest) 1 minute rest interval
.5 warm down run at 7:13 pace

Yesterday's workout (end of the 3 day for lifting):

.5 mile warm up at 7:56
200x5x5 BP 2:30 rest interval.
225x5x5 Squat 2:30 rest interval
230x5x5 DL 2:30 rest interval
4x25 crunches/1 min plank 1 minute rest interval
.5 cool down run at 7:24/mile

Next two days is all cardio (running and rucking) and body weight work.

Burpees suck and are soul crushers. Ruck tomorrow.

I'm down from my usual 192# to 185.
Knee will be CT scanned/dye,see what is going on- hard to even walk
