If this works, the President of Sortie Inc., a Mr. Neil Smith and his # 2, Josh Mendoza, along with 8 of our trusted PSD guys will escort this delegation back to dear Abuja, Nigeria, our next home of record where I'm sure we will work our collective asss'es off, have some fun and make MONEY. There, they will finalize this 1st contract that now measures 1000 seasoned Operators instead of 300. A 2nd contract now exists that calls for 600 TIER 1 types, I'm told these are SEAL Team, Delta and Force Recon Shooters; they have an entirely different mission ops. Once this contract is signed and Mr. Smith collects a bank check to finalize this contract, he will then call me to authorize to move our 1st group that includes the 50 to 60 Advance Team Operators and approx 60 PSD types to Woodville, TX. for training and then deployment. It looks like April 4th. Earlier they had wanted to send 200 to Woodville for training but the 4 companies cadre that will put on this training, which is now 5 companies since we're adding 60 PSD types that has to have some training, actual operations OCONUS and certs with WPPS, PSS and PSD. These companies have said the cadre ration per our operator is too much and to start with 50 to 60 plus the 60 PSD. For now that's all I know and it comes from the Sortie brass. My apologies for being wordy." From one of their "recruiters"...the names of the gentlemen above are also available open source upon further digging.
This reads like a complicated, but ill-thought out scam. The above is what fast-talking looks like in print. I just can't seem to put my finger on the angle here.

They're going to ask everyone who wants to deploy to send them money for Nigerian Visas's?

Shouldn't be a problem, just line up 1000 highly experienced dudes and 600 former SEALs and Delta cats. There are battalions of those dudes just waiting on a chance to go to Nigeria. I'm waiting for the hook to drop just out of morbid curiosity to see what it is.

Supporting 1000 deployed gunfighters would prob take a support establishment of about double that - not mentioned. Just the STD clinic alone would be a separate, standalone contract!!

Have you read this entire thread ... If you did you would note the strong sarcasm in most of the posts regarding this company.

LOL

soooooo... let me get this straight..

there is a security contract out there that has a value of at least $170M+ a year in labor alone (doesnt include the money that would be on the table for life support, mobilization, demobilization, and a host of other things... throw all of that on the table.. and we're looking at somewhere north of $250M+ a year in revenue..)...

and its being awarded to a company that we've collectively never heard of?

officially LMAO now..

Math comes from: assume $175K a year (info in OP) x 600 people x a burdoning rate of 1.65 (pretty common in the security industry for mid sized companies).. and you end up at $173M... for labor alone...

And the email traffic insinuates that it is being paid by the Nigerian government if I'm reading everything correctly. When all is said and done the Nigerians would be laying out maybe 25% of their GDP for this. That's a big LMAO as well.

I am also anxiously waiting for the punch line to all of this. IMO there could possibly end up being some criminal ramifications from this

Not only that, their last President was funding STTEP and they were actively fighting Boko. New president comes along and asks them to leave last May.

Anything new on this? I actually ran into a couple guys the other day that have "signed up" for this, and have spent their own money buying shit.

I suggested to them to hold off and do some deeper investigation.

I just received an email to sign a non-disclosure agreement due to too much information regarding the contract getting out. "We are attempting to cover off on a few information breaches and in doing so please see the attached Non Disclosure Agreement, I request that you all read this document, run off a copy and sign that copy, then scan it back to me to be placed in your file."

There aren't a whole lotta contract solicitations on FEDBIZOps for Nigeria.

Here is one but I cannot tell what it is for:

https://www.fbo.gov/index?s=opportun...e&tabmode=list&=

I would imagine a contract with the .gov of Nigeria would have to be run through the DOS and there would be some sort of contract bidding process? Especially if US citizens will be carrying weapons in that country.

That is the ACOTA IDIQ. Several people here are working on that contract in various ways. It is logistics and acquisitions.

SORTIE

For anyone who wants to read and comprehend this? I have been contacted several times concerning this thread about SORTIE. Finally I decided to join and POST my side.

I am the Chief Recruiter, on salary, with SORTIE, CONUS. OCONUS, I am the Police Commander in charge of all aspects of training the Nigerian Police Force.

At this posting, I have developed a TEAM of Recruiters and Admin and we just broke 411 vetted for this mission in Nigeria, at the time of deployment, we'll break 500 personnel, on the way to 600+.

AND yes the term OPERATOR, continues to live in the hearts and souls of the deserving.

DOC Hall
