Interesting my doctor has me on a pretty cool little combination of vitamins and supplements.

Centrum over 50
Milk Thistle
Stinging Nettles
B-12
D-3
Magnesium
DHEA
Seems to be working as directed, all blood work is improving.

For high cholesterol, bergamot kicks serious ass. A couple years ago, my wife took 2 bottles; one Sept, one Oct, then got tested 3 weeks after cessation of supplementation (unfortunately). The numbers:

Sept 12 - HDL 71 LDL 139

Dec 12 - HDL 101 LDL 73

NOW brand has it. Definitely do it with dr supervision and regular bloodwork, but the great thing is it lacks the negative sides of statins.

Also, I do work for a supplement company. We have a new preworkout. I can offer samples CONUS is anyone wants, just PM me name and address. (I'm not posting the product, not trying to promote here, just offering free shit where I can).
