Windporting Vs. Noise-Cancelling Microphones

I am looking at some remote speaker microphones. Some are listed as windported and others noise-cancelling. The intended use is for ATVing. Which would be better for ATVing?

For ATVs, you'll want windported. If you were going to ride around a construction site with jackhammers, noise-cancelling
