Ronald Raegan was brought up a few times by Kaine. Dems seem to downplay Raegan all they way up until they debate a Republican. Weird.

CNNs calling it a win for Pence.

He is the yin to Trump's yang. That could be an effective combo...

Glad to see Socnet's view and get your all notes from the debate. I just could not watch more than 10 minutes of it.

Where in hell did they get the moderator????

I started watching about 2/3 of the way in. Within two minutes, I wanted to reach into the tv and throat punch Kaine. Pence impressed the hell out of me. Pence won this debate by a long shot. Kinda wished he would run for president.

Billy L., great post.

Trump has always touted his ability to hire quality people. Pence proves to anyone watching that Trump does make good personnel decisions.

Hillary, with the choice of Kaine, has continued her pattern of poor
decisions. No doubt she will repeat her pattern of following up a poor decision with a lie. She will say something to the effect of Kaine doing a great job when she knows damn well he made an ass of himself.

Well, the DNC wanted a VP that didn't outshine Hilltron. They got that much right. S/F....Ken M

Kaine's argument that Trump did not support the military cause Trump has not paid any federal income tax in in almost 20 years, and did not support the military after 9/11 cause he was not paying taxes was the most idiotic thing he said all evening.

So, if I take a bunch of legal deductions, reduce my taxes as much as possible, or get a foreign living income exclusion, I am not patriotic and not supporting my country/military? Some weird liberal logic. I am sure that all the leadership in the DNC, and the Clintons, does not take any deductions and tries to pay as much in taxes as they can.

How many employees are hired by the Trump organization/hotels/buildings, etc. ? From those jobs created, how much federal income tax is collected from all those employees?

Leroy Petry from 2/75. A grenade landed near him and his Rangers in Afghanistan, he picked it up and threw it back but lost a hand in the process. He applied a tourniquet to himself and continued to lay hate.

No question that she is in the DNC's pocket. She allowed Kaine to interrupt over 70 times. And it backfired on them. He looked like a complete jackass.

Kaine was playing checkers and Pence was playing chess.

It's about time the roles were switched.

Kaine's statement of "he loves dictators. He has a personal Mount Rushmore of Vladimir Putin, Kim Jong-un, and Saddam Hussein" shows folks just how unhinged the left is. That was my favorite laughable moment of the night.

And of course, they always circle back to the "nuclear war with Russia" theme like they did with Reagan before the '80 election.

I think the American people saw who they would rather have a 'heartbeat away' from the Presidency

...we are going to be at war with Russia if trump doesn't release his taxes soon.

Some of the zingers from Mr. Pence had me chuckling. "Do you not take deductions?"
