The House is going insane, just passed a complete Hi-Cap Ban last night. Republican Senators (or the rare breed 2A supporting Dems?) are the only hope - they need to be hounded relentlessly. All traitors to the BoR who voted for the '94 ban, lost their jobs the next election, FYI.

As I understand it one single committee (the Judiciary Committee) passed legislation, which means it has yet to pass the entire House.

There are still many steps left in the process -- full House, full Senate, President etc.

Long way to go, as Stan suggests.

Related, look at this dummy and chuckle-head. I'm not so much worried about him, as I am his supporters who will breath some kind of life into it all.

I read an interesting tidbit this morning that made me think. Apparently Uncle Sugar is, yet again, about to run out of money. CR talks are in effect. So, in classic form, I can only assume the (R)s will be using our rights as bargaining chips to the (D)s. Example: "Hey we'll give you a gun ban/magazine ban/Red Flag laws/'muh gunshow loophole' in exchange for dropping your emissions requirements for our donor's ultra-megaconglomerate slave corportation".

I fully expect another shooting soon to help 'persuade' the weak and unprincipled (R)s to sell out. "Well, my polling people have told me that support for mag restrictions is at an all time low so trading something like that away for some carbon emissions for that guy who gave me a couple $mil last election cycle seems like a win!"

And high capacity mag bans don’t effect them, their police or military. And watch these politicians roll out senior LEO touting how high capacity mags are good thing, for the safety and security of LEOs and the general public as well.

The article states "The bills have little hope of becoming law; Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) has already said that, while the Senate will consider possible gun control legislation, it is not planning on adopting any bills authored and passed exclusively by Democrats — and that includes the three bills that passed the House this week."

So it is proposed ban on all current and future high capacity mags? Or a ban on further selling/buying? But if already have grandfathered in?

Be pretty hard to round up all the magazines. Many/most will not comply.

Today I am a law abiding citizen, tomorrow I am committing a felony cause in possession of what I legal bought/owned yesterday?

Law Enforcemevt take note: gun owning, and high capacity mag owning law abiding citizens - many that are veterans- are your biggest supporters. You don’t want to turn those supporters into your enemies overnight.

“....all enemies foreign and domestic”. You don’t want to make me one of those domestic enemies, and I don’t want to make you into one either.

13/15/17/30 round mags are standard capacity, not hi-capacity.

You are talking about lawmakers that don’t know the difference between a clip and a magazine and you expect them to care about standard vrs high capacity?

Me too. Beto and Kamala can shove it, too.

20% of Dems own guns now. Why are they waiting for legislation to force them to hand in their guns? Go. Just do it. If those guns are that dangerous, and they are that concerned, we should have a voluntary 'send-back' already in effect.

I look at it this way untill it gets thru the Senate approved?? we still have the POTOUS an the 2020 election , hopeful we can take back the house an keep the Senate with 2A Individuals. I know what I will do but not post anything on the site. The reason is I will put it this way an individual I know gets paid just to sit an review posting form different sites, that have been tagged to watch. All it takes is one word or two words that have been marked to watch out for.

Wow, not one single magazine.

That Beto guy must be full of shit, he said Texans would gladly turn in their AR-15s.
