Some office PT today of every hour on the hour (EHOH) with 35# exercise band - 10 curls | 10 lat pulls | 10 chest press | 10 shoulder press + 10 air squats

Nah, just a stomach thing.. pretty sure there is a joke in there that went over my head

155# sled drag, full PPE, breathing air, ~1\2mi.. a very uncomfortable 18mins.

- 100 count jump rope
- 10 L/R side steps with heavy recovery band
- 20 hand release push-ups (surprisingly hard)
- 10 25# dumbbell thrusters
- 20 35# kettlebell Russian twists
- 20 mountain climbers

The push-up to thruster sequence sucked.
