I pray their labors and sacrifice were not in vain as well....really sad that Washington has forgotten how to use such men...

RIP to Anderson, Crose, Commons and all the rest. Also to those who were casualties after they returned home and those who are still fighting the battle in the 6 inches between their ears. RLTW <1>

My thoughts and prayers out to the families, friends, and to all the brave warriors who fought alongside the 64 men who were lost. It must be difficult to carry on without the men they loved and cared for as parents, siblings, spouses, children, and brothers in arms...

My head is bloody, but unbowed.
Beyond this place of wrath and tears
Looms but the Horror of the shade
And yet the menace of the years
Finds, and shall find, me unafraid.
It matters not how strait the gate,
How charged with punishments the scroll,
I am the master of my fate
I am the captain of my soul.
