Suspicious packages mailed to DC area bases

Yesterday there were several suspicious packages, one of which tested positive for explosives/residue(black powder). I'm thinking this may have been a test run by the perp(s) to see if the packages would make it to their respective locations.

I heard about that, and thats great that they caught the turd. However, I have intel stating there are still packages unaccounted for that this asshat confessed to mailing before being caught. It could be BS on the perps part, but I wouldn't rule out that this nutcase did mail more
