Shoulder surgery sucks big time. AVOID it at all costs.
Get a DEFINITIVE diagnosis first.
Best of luck in getting better!!!
Unless itís a disk issue that is causing nerve impingement and thus shoulder pain...

True, a possibility. If not an injury confined to the shoulder, any orthopedic surgeon worth his salt would refer to NS.

Just like to say, again, those Smash werx videos are solid gold. They are my go-to when I’m feeling the aches and pains.

Surgery scheduled. After a cortisone shot 3-4 mos ago my quality of life is starting to suffer again. Not looking forward to the recovery but better to get it over with.

Good luck. Don't over do things during the recovery. It's a slow process but you'll feel way better in 4-6 months in my experience. Except one arm will be half the size of the other. I'm no doctor but have had shoulder issues and surgery.

You ever look further into BPC-157 and/or TB-500? Can be used after surgery too.
