My brother has an identical knife as well.

Have a #1 also - the standard all other fighting knifes are based on - the Original.

Recent review I did. Not my best had time constraints. I felt some of the other pics I sent would have been better FIDO.

Best knife company that no one has ever heard of...I have a few Bark River blades, good all-around knives.

First knife finished in the new propane and solar-powered mobile shop. Getting online has been the biggest challenge at 9000 ft in the Rocky mountains.

Randall Model 25 Trapper

For years I have been looking for a reasonably priced (cheap) Randall, to no avail.

At a friends house last night looking at his Marble Knife collection and mentioned my search. He said, "Hmm, hang on a minute." Comes back in a few and hands me this.

I asked what he wanted for it and he said its yours. Someone had given it to him as part of a trade years ago and he'd rather it be with someone who wanted it. Only issue is the sheath is missing the whetstone pocket.

Pretty psyched.

VC,

I have seen many that have had the pocket removed, the pocket can be in the way. You can get a replacement sheath from some of the collector sites same vintage or new. I happen to have a problem with having all the Randall knives I want. Is that a model 25 or 26? Fantastic knife!

I'm pretty sure its a 25 based on the beveling and the sheath. Thanks!

There are a couple of others I want to find as well (#1, 2, 8, 10 and 14). Lol, better hit a lottery

#1, 2, 8, 10 and 14, those are out there for sure, many to select from. None as sweet as the one you have! Carry one, wish you had the other, only have one and it's the best...

I have had a few Randall's. Absolutely great knives. I had a Model 15 that traveled the world, opened fuel drums and cut (Chopped) a Navy SEAL's Gerber in half. I miss that knife.
