Looking for a Program Manager to manage Instructors who deploy. This person should be a former 18 series or Special Forces retired veteran with 10 years of private sector Program management experience managing Weapons Training Programs and OCONUS programs in support of contract personnel. Must have a Bachelor’s degree and be PMP Certified through PMI. This role is also in NSWC Crane/Bloomington Indiana. All roles will be permanent (Require relocation) in NSWC Crane Indiana at USG site with an office in Bloomington Indiana.

Looking for Sr. Instructors who were former retired 18 series Weapons Sergeants, SEALs and 0372/0321s to deploy on a high threat austere Naval Surface Warfare Weapons Training Brach contract to parts of Africa, Middle-East and Southwest Asia to train Third Country Nationals. Must have 20 years or more of experience and be a certified firearms/weapons instructor from the military or private sector. All roles will be permanent (Require relocation) in NSWC Crane Indiana at USG site with an office in Bloomington Indiana.

Looking for Technical Writers LV 1 &2 /Curriculum Developer Designers for a USSOCOM contract out of NSWC Crane in support of US Naval Warfare group on a Weapons Training Branch Contract. This role would be a good fit for former Military Curriculum Writers/Developers with 6-10 years or more of experience with an extensive writer/course development experience and schoolhouse background from the Military. Must have developed proposals, coursework's, academics, and research for a variety of curriculum-based learning. Must have a Bachelor’s degree and be willing to relocate to NSWC Crane/Bloomington Indiana for full-time work. All roles will be permanent (Require relocation) in NSWC Crane Indiana at USG site with an office in Bloomington Indiana.

Requires travel CONUS & OCONUS as a Field Service Representative (FSR) providing training and maintenance support in the field and classroom. Also, provide support to maintain the operations of new equipment and maintenance on weapons (systems) during course curriculum.
Provide course development Program of Instruction (POI) updates for operation and maintenance of new and existing equipment. Requires operational and maintenance training for new and existing equipment in the field and classroom.
• Formal instructor training (requires a diploma or DD214 certification)
• 6+ years instruction experience.
• 3+ years instructing small arms operations and maintenance course.
• 3+ years operations/maintenance of small arms or electronic systems such as JCREW.
• Instructors shall be graduates of a military instructor training school or equivalent approved by the COR. Instructors shall be qualified IAW NSWC Crane within 90 days of assignment for the primary classes they are assigned.
• Qualification for instructors will take place at NSWC Crane.
• Instructors shall qualify IAW NSWC Crane and DoD policies.
• Small Arms Instructors qualifying for deployment shall qualify IAW NSWC Crane and DoD policies.

Instructors Must Complete The Following Requirements At NSWC Crane if selected and hired for employment prior to deployment:
• Instructor Certifications
• Medical Screening
• Psychological Evaluation
• Basic First Aid Certification
• Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certifications

Seeking Program Analyst to directly support USSOCOM Programs. Will be responsible for administrative support tasks including financial tasks, meeting support, technical documentation support, project control support, periodic status reports, and/or creating PowerPoint presentations.

This position will be located at in Crane, IN. All candidates must be within the NSWC, IN commuting area or be willing to relocate at his/her expense.
• Completed 4-year college degree
• Minimum 2 years or more of experience with Government finances, regulations and reporting
• Minimum 2 years or more of experience with gathering and organizing data with analysis
• Technical writing and editing
• Coordination of meetings including minute taking and capturing action items
• Status gathering and reporting
• Review and analysis of financials including budgets and reconciliation of issues and discrepancies
• Presentation development and support
• Military background a plus
• US Secret security clearance required to start

Seeking to hire New Equipment Training (NET) Instructor in support of Special Operations Forces Fielding and Training Team (SOF FTT) requires an articulate and effective training specialist, preferably a former SF Operators from the Army, Navy or Marine Corps. The instructor will interact with technicians, logisticians, high-level officials, and all United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) Component SOF.
